We are an early-stage startup looking for a Rust specialist to join us as a Tech Lead Engineer. We are bootstrapped and operate lean. We cannot match big-tech salaries at this stage. Instead, we offer meaningful equity ownership and the opportunity to build the core platform from the ground up. This role is for someone who wants to trade short-term salary for long-term upside, real technical ownership, and a key role in shaping the company. This represents a significant ownership stake. You will own the technical roadmap of the company. We are building a high-performance backend, and Rust is our core technology. Responsibilities: - Build: Design and implement the core system in Rust. - Manage: Deploy, operate, and maintain infrastructure, including Linux, cloud services, and CI/CD. - Scale: Make key decisions on database design, system performance, and security.
