For the third year in a row, Canarie was proud to take part in the AI Innovation Summit 2025. Standing at our booth, it was hard not to think back to our first summit in 2023, when Canarie was a small student project with a single poster and a laptop demo. This year, we came with a full team, a new look and a platform that has grown in every direction.
Our message this year was captured in three words on our banner: Guidance Over Answers. It's easy to build an AI that simply hands students the answer. It's much harder, and much more valuable, to build one that helps them understand how to get there. That idea shapes everything we build at Canarie.
Canarie today is an AI-powered learning platform that teaches computer-related topics through gamification. It brings together Canarie AI, our AI teaching assistant, with personalized and career-oriented learning paths, built-in coding tools and customizable options for institutions and organizations. At the summit, visitors could try all of it for themselves.
Canarie AI was the star of the booth. It's an adaptive AI tutor that learns your style and speaks your language, in English or Thai. Its teaching style adjusts to each learner, it gives personalized hints instead of ready-made solutions, and its bilingual support is optimized for both Thai and international students. For many visitors, seeing an AI tutor switch naturally between Thai and English was the moment Canarie clicked.
Progress Buddy keeps track of where each student is and recommends the best lessons for their level, so no one has to guess what to study next.
Learn by Playing turns practice into something students actually look forward to, with gamified exercises, a game built inside Canarie and an online IDE where students can write and run code right in the browser.
Practice with Canarie gives students hands-on exercises, from coding challenges to multiple-choice questions, with instant feedback every step of the way.
Build Your Own Course lets students and educators choose the lessons they need and put them together into the perfect course for their goals.
Our team at the Canarie booth, AI Summit 2025
Throughout the day, we spoke with educators, researchers, students and industry professionals. Teachers asked how Canarie could fit into their existing classes. Students wanted to know whether the AI would just do their homework for them (it won't, and that's the point). Industry visitors were curious about how we keep the AI's guidance accurate and helpful. Every one of these conversations helps us understand what learners and educators really need.
Looking back on three years at the summit, what stands out most is how much the conversation around AI in education has changed. In 2023, many people were asking whether AI belonged in the classroom at all. In 2025, the question has become how to use it well. We're proud to be part of that shift, and we're more committed than ever to building AI that guides students rather than thinking for them.
We'll be back next year with even more to show.
Thank you to CMKL University and the AI Engineering Institute for having us once again, and to everyone who visited our booth.
